Quality Control

Acceleron provides specialty high-speed electron beam small hole drilling, electron beam welding and laser services to customers worldwide.

Our Total Quality Management (TQM) and Total Quality Control (TQC) Networks guarantee complete quality supervision and full traceability from incoming inspection, through all process steps, to final inspection and shipping. All procedures conform to applicable ISO and Nadcap specifications. Acceleron utilizes Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor processing, with all tools and equipment calibrated to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). All finished parts and assemblies receive a final inspection to ensure that design and other required specifications have been adhered to. Other inspection requirements for individual parts and assemblies may be specified. Acceleron quality control manuals are available upon request.
